Order and Transaction Rules
1. Order Formation: Your order submitted through the official website constitutes an offer to purchase from the Company. Upon receiving the order, the Company will
send an order number via email as a receipt within 12 hours, and conduct compliance verification of order information, payment qualifications, inventory status, etc.
The transaction contract between both parties shall be formally established after the Company verifies and issues the "Order Confirmation Letter."
2. Order Modification and Cancellation: Before order confirmation, you may contact customer service to modify or cancel the order. After order
confirmation, if the product has not entered the production process, modifications may be negotiated; if production has started (especially for customized products),
you shall bear the costs incurred for materials, molds, etc. If the Company is unable to fulfill the order due to product discontinuance, insufficient inventory, policy
adjustments, or other reasons, it will notify you within 24 hours and provide solutions such as refunds or replacement products.
3. Payment Methods: Mainstream compliant payment methods such as bank transfer, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are supported, subject to the official website display. You
must complete payment within the agreed time limit; otherwise, the order will automatically become invalid if payment is overdue without prior communication.
4. Delivery and Acceptance: The delivery cycle shall be in accordance with the "Order Confirmation Letter." The Company will ship products through compliant logistics
channels and provide tracking information. You shall sign for receipt in person and inspect the product's appearance, quantity, and packaging. If any damage, shortage,
or mismatch is found, you must take photos for evidence and contact customer service for verification within 24 hours; failure to raise objections within the time limit
shall be deemed acceptance of the product as qualified.
Intellectual Property Protection
All intellectual property rights of the content on the official website (including brand logos, product designs, patented technologies, texts, images, specification documents,
etc.) belong to Denentech or relevant right holders. "Denentech" and "Dnenlink" are registered trademarks of the Company, and core products hold more than 50 design
patents and over 10 utility model patents, which are strictly protected by law. Without the Company's written permission, no unit or individual may arbitrarily copy, reprint,
alter, disseminate website content, or misappropriate brand logos or patented technologies for commercial purposes. Otherwise, it shall constitute infringement, and the
Company will pursue legal liability in accordance with the law.
Intellectual Property Agreement for Customized Products
The ownership of intellectual property rights for customized products shall be agreed in accordance with the following rules (which may be detailed in the contract):If
customized based on your exclusive technical plan for which you legally hold intellectual property rights, the relevant intellectual property rights of the customized product
shall belong to you; If customized based on the optimization of the Company's existing technical platform or a technical plan designed by the Company, the intellectual
property rights shall default to the Company,and you shall have the lifelong right to use the product without the right to arbitrarily transfer or authorize it to third parties.
