Receipt & Exchange Policy
- Package Inspection：When signing for the courier, please check on-site whether the package appearance is intact and free from abnormalities such as damage or extrusion.
- Exchange Conditions：Exchanges are only supported in two cases: specification errors caused by the company's responsibility, and non-human-induced quality defects of products. You need to contact customer service within 7 working days of receiving the goods and provide order information, product photos, and a description of the issue. Exchanges can be arranged after verification.
